This patient was unhappy about the excess skin and fat pockets around her eyelid area. She underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty as well as a lower eyelid blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and fat. She also underwent a endoscopic brow lift to help elevate her brows to a higher position.

This patient was unhappy with her lower eyelid fat pockets (eye bags), dark circles and loss of volume to her midface and cheeks. She also wanted to improve her upper eyelid appearance. She underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty in which a minimally invasive approach was taken to trim her excess fat pockets. She also had some fat repositioning to address her lower eyelid hollows. The patient underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty along with an upper endoscopic brow lift. To improve volume loss to the midface and cheeks fat grafting was also used.

This patient wanted to remove the excess skin from his upper eyelids and also remove the fat pockets (eye bags) under his eyes. A upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed along with a ptosis repair to correct his droopy eyelids. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty with no skin removal was also performed while repositioning some of the excess fat to help improve his hollowing at the same time during surgery.

This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her lower eyelid bags (also known as prominent fat pockets) as well as removing excess skin from her upper lids. An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to remove the excess skin. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning was performed to help improve her lower eyelid bags.

This patient had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and ptosis repair to help improve his upper eyelids. A Natural Looking Blepharoplasty™ procedure was also preformed to his lower eyelids to help improve lower eyelid aging. No skin was removed from his lower eyelids, and the hollowing along his infaorbital rim was addressed and improved with fat repositioning.

This patient wanted to undergo surgery to help improve her upper and lower eyelid appearance due to aging. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning was performed.
