This patient underwent both an upper and lower blepharoplasty to help rejuvenate the eye area while maintaining the natural appearance. His transformation is absolutely wonderful and we are so happy with the results!

This patient had excess skin on the upper eyelid creating a heaviness on the lash line as well as puffiness and “bags” under the eye. She wanted to refresh her eyes but ensure she continues looking natural. We accomplished this by undergoing an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and she has healed phenomenally.

This patient had amazing results from her natural-looking upper and lower blepharoplasty procedure with the addition of a C02 laser to her lower lids to help tighten the skin after removal of excess fat. She is relieved of the heaviness that blocked her vision and looks well rested.

Beautiful new eyes after an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. Although she is of Asian descent, the patient desired to keep her natural upper lid creases so an upper blepharoplasty was done alone and not a double eyelid surgery. Given the significant amount of excess skin on her lower lids, a skin pinch with a canthopexy was performed to stabilize her lower lid position.

Endoscopic brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty

She had significant brow ptosis. Her brows were quite low in which it caused hooding of her upper eyelids. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift with endotine implants and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. The results were noticed right away and the patient was ecstatic about her results.

Our patient started to notice the asymmetry with her eyelids and other changes related to ageing. Upon examination it was determined that she could benefit from and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty as well as an endoscopic brow lift using endotine fixation. Notice the drastic improvement that made her appear 10 years younger at least. Her postoperative photos were taken only 3 months after surgery.
