She wished to achieve a more symmetric look, she noticed a long standing asymmetry between her eyebrows and eyelids. This is a very challenging case where one eyebrow and eyelid are lower than the other side, hence a modified endoscopic brow and a ptosis repair was performed. Her entire approach was performed using incisions that are non visible and behind her scalp. The patient is thrilled with her results.

This young female had a droopy left upper lid (ptosis), which was also resulting in eyebrows to be asymmetric. In many cases of ptosis, the eyebrow compensates to attempt to lift the lid, resulting in a brow asymmetry as well. A left upper lid ptosis repair was performed using a minimally invasive approach (no visible scars). Note the improvement in her appearance and symmetry to the eyelids and the eyebrows.

She had droopy upper eyelids and wished to have a corrective surgery to make her appearance look more rested and youthful. An upper eyelid ptosis surgery was performed using a posterior (non visible incision) technique.

She noticed droopy upper lids and excess skin in upper lids. Both a ptosis repair and an upper lid blepharoplasty was performed at the same the time. Notice a natural looking result where her eyelids are slightly lifted to a more rested position, and excess skin has been removed.

This patient had longstanding ptosis in her upper lids. Upper lid ptosis repair through a minimally incision (posterior approach) was performed.

This patient had very severe upper lid ptosis and was unable to see well due to his very
droopy lids. Ptosis repair was performed to help improve his lid position ability to see
well in her periphery.
