Fillers to Upper Lids

This patient had asymmetric upper lids and wished to undergo fillers to help improve the symmetry. Her left brow and eyelid had loss of volume which resulted in a “sunken” left upper lid appearance. Restylane (hyaluronic acid) injections were carefully injected along her left brow and lid to augment her volume and fill her upper lid. Restylane was also used to fill in her lower lid hollows (eyelid bag treatment). Note the improvement in her eyelid appearance. She still appears natural but more refreshed in her appearance.

This patient had asymmetric upper lid appearance due to hollowing in the left upper brow and lid area. She was most likely born with this asymmetry which slowly has worsened with time. Hyaluronic acid fillers (Restylane) were used to improve the volume in the left brow and upper lid sulcus. Note the improvement in lid symmetry. Lower lid hollows were also augmented with hyaluronic acid.

This patient had mild hollowing of both upper lids and wished to have an improvement. Hyaluronic acid filler composed of Restylane was injected along the upper brow and lid area carefully to augment her volume loss.

This patient had upper lid hollowing in the right upper lid. Injectable hyaluronic acid was placed carefully to augment her hollowing in the right upper lid.

This patient has asymmetric upper lids. She has hollowing present in her right upper lid which she wishes to have improved. She desires to have an appearance more similar to her left upper lid, which appears more full (and less hollow) in comparison to her right upper lid. Restylane (hyaluronic acid) was carefully injected along her right brow and lid area to help improve her.
