Fillers to treat lower eyelid hollowing

This patient noted some early aging changes to her lids. She has some mild volume loss in her eyelid and cheek area. Hyaluronic acid fillers were injected to her lid and cheek area to allow for a natural-looking rejuvenation.

This patient noted early lower lid hollowing and wished to have them improved. She underwent lower lid filler treatment using hyaluronic acid gel (Restylane and Juvederm). She was very happy with the natural looking results.

This patient wished to augment her loss of volume in her cheek area and her lower lids. She underwent injectable fillers (hyaluronic acid) consisting of Restylane and Juvederm to help augment her volume loss in her eyelid and cheek area. Note the improved appearance to her lower lid hollows and cheek volume loss.

This patient desired an improvement in her lower lid dark circles. She has loss of volume in her lower lid (lower lid hollowing) and cheek area, both of which are resulting in her dark circles. She underwent injectable fillers (hyaluronic acid) consisting of Restylane and Juvederm to help augment her volume loss in her eyelid and cheek area. Note the natural-looking improvement in her appearance.

This patient was wished to improve her lower lid appearance. She was unhappy about the dark circles and the excess wrinkles.  Her skin was hyperpigmented, which can by itself cause the appearance of dark circles. She also had loss of volume and hollowing in her eyelid and cheeks. Lastly, she had lower lid wrinkles, which were also resulting in lower lid aging.

She underwent a triad treatment to address all three of these findings, which included:

1)      pretreatment skin whitening regimen to help lighten her eyelid skin

2)      injectable hyaluronic acid fillers (Restylane and Juvederm) to the eyelid and cheeks.

3)      Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) 30% peel to lower lids to help tighten her skin tone and reduce her wrinkles

Note the overall improvement in her appearance with these procedures; all of which did not require her to undergo surgery.
