Fillers to treat lower eyelid hollowing

This patient had dark circles in her lower eyelids. She had hyperpigmentation and also hollowing. A skin brightening treatment was performed first, and following this, injectable fillers were performed to improve the hollowing.

This male patient wished to have under eye rejuvenation, he was a candidate for under eye fillers. Hyaluronic acid filler was injected carefully around this eyelid/midface/cheek area using a micro canula.

This patient had lower lid volume loss and wished to undergo treatment. Cheek and lower lid fillers were injected to help improve his appearance. Voluma was used for the cheeks and along the infraorbital rim. An upper lid blepharoplasty and brow suspension was also performed at the same time, all performed at the same time in the office under local anesthesia.

This patient wished to have her crows feet wrinkles and under eye hollows improved. A customized approach of using botox around the crows feet and Restylane hyaluronic acid fillers were used. Note the improvement in her wrinkles and under eye hollows after treatment.

This patient has prior blepharoplasty surgery and was left with residual fat pockets along her lower lids. She also has hollowing around her lower lids (tear trough deformity, infraorbital rim hollowing) which she wished to have improved. She underwent hyaluronic acid filler injections (Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma) around her lids, cheeks, and midface to help augment her volume loss. Notice the lateral looking results that she obtained with injectable fillers.
